Report for Workshop: STRESS REDUCTION
Time: 6h30-8h30, ThursdaY 17-1- 2013
Place: Smartlink English Center, No 3, Lane 196 Thai Thinh
(Note: Leave your vehicle at Viettin Bank 196 Thai Thinh)

At 6.30, people had a friendly and warm introduction about themselves. How surprised we are because there are so many new members. It seems that everyone was interested in this topic! ^ ^

After that we did enjoy a really funny game named “The greatest actor”
They had to use their body language to describe the words.

We laughed a lot with their funny performance!
Then we moved to the next part: Discussion in 4 small groups. They contributed so many their own experiences about stress situations that they have coped with.

The girl in orange was sharing her stress on love and working.

After 35 minutes to discuss in groups, each group chose a representative to talk about their result

There were so many controversy discussions but that made our workshop more exciting!

They shared together about the negative ways to reduce stress temporarily but leave harm for a long time later.

A girl has broken with her lover who plays an important role in her life. She wants to suicide in Long Bien Bridge; the man prevented her and persuaded her to give up her stupid intention.

Fortunately, after listening to this kind man‘s explanation, she gain belief in her life and they become a “new couple”. It was so funny result!


The workshop was ended in exciting atmosphere. We could refer to somewhat lesson to apply ourselves, we suggest many effective solutions to reduce stress and make life more beautiful.

This was the first time this girl plays a role as a MC, she was confused sometimes, but she received lots of supports from her partners. It was wonderful experience for her, certainly.
