We are MDC (Manpower Development Company) providing Human Resource services in Vietnam. Executive Search, Payroll and American Human Resources Software (SuccessFactors) being supplied to corporations, organizations and companies operating in Vietnam are our core Human Resource services. In order to support our business, we are urgently looking for a Recruitment Consultant with detailed requirements as below:
Position : Recruitment Consultant
Reporting to : General Manager
Location : Hanoi
Salary : Competitive
Deadline : 31/03/2012
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of the recruitment process which includes, but not limited to, the following activities:
Coordinate with clients to compose/review appropriate Job description for the open positions
Search for qualified candidates by using MDC’s database, internet and other sources
Conduct necessary assessment steps (like phone interview, in-person interview, testing, etc.), consolidate the list of qualified candidates and send the list to clients for their final selection
Coordinate with clients to compose Job offer for selected candidates when necessary, assist in the negotiation between the client and the candidate where appropriate to finalize the selection
Participate in Recruitment activities (branding, scholarship program, career day, job fair, etc.)
- Establish, maintain and develop professional relationship with clients, partners and candidates
- Respond to enquiries related to the recruitment from clients, candidates and partners
- Build up the company’s database of candidates
- Assist the General Manager in building up the Company’s brand-name and reputation
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the General Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree, major in Business Administration / Economics is an advantage
- Broad experience in recruitment and selection, job description review, candidate sources, hiring strategy, experience in a multinational company and service industry is an advantage
- Demonstrable understanding of a variety of selection methodologies, including comprehensive competency-based interviewing experience and assessment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Good understanding of employment and labor law in Vietnam
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and information-gathering skills
- Demonstrated high level of friendly customer service
- High self motivation, be a Good team player
- Be flexible and open-minded to new challenges and career driven
- Proven strong computer skills, especially MS Office and Outlook
