I. Positions
 MC (Number: 6 MCs)
1. Responsibilities
 Making detailed plans for weekly workshops, events….
 Hosting and supporting GALEC workshops
 Acting as a motivator for workshop discussions
 Writing reports after each workshop
 Contacting, inviting foreigners to join GALEC.
2. Requirements
 High proficiency in English (spoken and written) with clear voice
 Good experience of being an MC for English clubs or strong desire to become an MC
 Great enthusiasm, high sense of responsibility
 Self-confident, self-motivated, creative and humorous
 Good communication skills, Result-oriented with fast learners.

 Marketing (Number: 4)
1. Responsibilities
 Planning, coordinating and organizing marketing & communication activities.
 Assisting the implementation of any advertising program (if any)
 In charge of GALEC’s weekly notice on facebook, forums and website.
 Working as motivators in each workshop
2. Requirements
 Highly creative, adventurous & fun
 Excellent in English.
 Good command of Internet & social networks
 Having marketing experience and good written skill is an advantage

 IT (Number: 2)
1. Responsibilities
 In charge of designing and maintaining GALEC website.
 Troubleshooting system and network problems as well as diagnosing and solving technical faults
 Designing posters, banners... for GALEC’s events.
2. Requirements
 Good knowledge of modern telecommunication tools (e-mail and internet) and designing website;
 Excellent command of relevant computer applications (primarily MS Office, Photoshop);
 Languages: good proficiency in written and spoken English is a plus .
