GALEC 2 : Report for Workshop" TET HOLIDAY" 21/2/2013

The first workshop of New Year was started with an extremely friendly atmosphere through the introduction part. Bright faces and charming smiles broke the cold of winter .By sharing their personal information; all of members were willing to make friends with each other:

After introduction part, MC continued to heat the atmosphere with warm-up game: Quick & Slow. All members were divided into two teams. Each one had one representative. His mission was to describe things in a box for their teammates to guess what it was:

With high confidence and huge support from teammates, they and their teammates proved that they deserved to be the most intelligent people in the first workshop of year. Two teams were winners.
It was obvious that discussion part was not only interesting but also fascinating. Members counted from 1 to 4 and then moved on their right places. The room was filled with private stories and special experiences about Tet holiday. They had a lot of memorable activities which they really wanted to mention about.

Members could not wait any more minute for next part. They were so excited that they moved on the most surprising part- presentation part. Lady first! As a result, the girl was willing to share her stories:

On New Year’s Eve, she stayed at her home and read book through the night. Someone said “it is not Tet holiday any more!”. People had different ways to welcome a new year, and that was her way.
For us, Galec English Club, we prepared workshop’s plan with strong hope to have a happy and profitable year!.

We continued with 30 minutes on part 4- group work. Members expressed their point of view about drinking alcohol. Perhaps Mr. Son was an expert on this matter:

In the end of workshop, each member was given lucky money inside a red envelope. A lot of photos were taken.
