Workshop: SLEEP & DREAM
Time: 6h30-8h30 p.m., Thursday 12/09/2013
Place: E-Connect Training English Center, No 198 Thai Thinh

Getting a good sleep is one of the most important things you can do for your overall health and well-being. Adequate sleep gives your body time and energy to recover from the day's stresses, and helps you to stay sharp and focused throughout your day. Additionally, it goes without saying that we dream a lot while sleeping. So are you a light sleeper or a heavy sleeper? Can you remember your dreams? Let’s join and share your ideas on this topic at this Thursday workshop of Galec 2 English Club.

• A strong nightcap
• Sleeping pills

5. Do you frequently dream? Tell me about a memorable, enjoyable, or strange dream you've had?

III. Presentation - Q&A (30’)
