GALEC 2: Report for Workshop "HAPPY VIETNAMESE TEACHERS' DAY" 21/11/2013

At 6.30 p.m, everyone gathered in a circle. No more waiting, we got started!

~Let’s go!~
After the Introduction Part, with the aim of making the Workshop more interesting, the MC invited members to join a funny game – Hot Seat. The club was divided into two groups. Some members described the word/ phrase on the board in 30 seconds, and members of two groups sitting in the hot seats tried to guess it in 10 seconds. It was so noisy when both groups worked really hard to win(lặp từ). So excellent! The members of group1 answered exactly again and again and finally, became the winner.

~That man was trying his best to describe the word for 2 players.~
Moving to the second part “ Discussion ”. Members were really excited to share about memorable moments on Vietnamese Teacher’s Day as well as (lặp từ and ở sau) their opinions about the qualities and salaries of Vietnamese teachers.

The first presenter came from group 1,the sweet girl having Korean eyes caught a lot of attention when talking about her unforgettable teacher and funny activities on that special day.

Next is Another interesting presentation of a pretty girl, she shared about the role of the teachers in the classroom. For her, teachers are very important, they are considered as second mothers of students. They not only teach knowledge also encourage spirit.

And here, it was the last part that everyone apparently expected - “ Hot Debate”. That was a highly competitive debate .Group 1 was trying to find the reasons supporting for the statement: “In the future, teachers will be replaced by computers in classrooms”. They gave many reasons to protect their ideas.
~~They looked so serious~
It was so difficult to conclude which group was the winner or loser. Because the second group also presented a lot of reasonable opinions. Teachers play critical role in classroom. Therefore, in the future, we still need them.

~ They were very focusing on finding reasons~
We ended this workshop with laughs and funs.
