GALEC 2: Report for Workshop "VALENTINE's DAY" 13/2/2014

Valentine's Day (also known as Saint Valentine's Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine) is observed on February 14th each year that the world honors LOVE. Many countries all over the world celebrate this Day. People often express their love for each other by giving Valentine’s cards or roses, chocolate, … or other special gifts.



The workshop started with a funny game “Gifts exchange”. Boys and girls showed their talents by singing nice songs in turn.

After this meeting, we found out lots of “golden” voice of Galec ^.^

Here are 3 best couples of Valentine’s Day:
They felt a bit shy, nervous but happy for receving nice and meaningful presents.



This was a really good chance for them to make friends and “go further” in their relationships





Everyone seemed very excited about this topic so after making a circle to hear general information about Valentine’s Day. They were quickly divided into 5 groups to discuss.



Finishing an exciting discussion, members went back to their seats and began sharing their opinions about Valentine’s Day.






The most impressive saying on that day seemed to belong to Mr.Hoang with “NO LOVE, NO FRIENDS” and his touching story which made us all feel poor for him. Really hope he will find a partner soon so maybe in the next year, with the same topic, his story will be much different )

The workshop ended at 8 p.m. and then a member suggested that we should have another cozy meeting so people hanged out again, took photos and ate together. O_o
