RULES
   Round 1: (from 11/11/2013 – 26/11/2013) Application
Number of qualified contestants: 100

   Round 2: (1/12/2013) Presentation
Number of qualified contestants: 30
Format: Each contestant will be given 3 minutes to make a home-prepared presentation.
Assessment criteria: speaking skill, pronunciation and fluency

   Round 3: (8/12/2013) Debate
Number of qualified contestants: 05
Format: Candidates will be paired up and given an argumentative topic to debate against each other.
Assessment criteria: critical thinking and reaction

   Round 4: (22/12/2013) The Finale
Part 1: Say words
Part 2: Wordstorm’s Got Talent
Part 3: Make storms


PRIZE Outstanding finalists will receive valuable prizes from the Organizing Committee and the Sponsors, including:
