GALEC 2: Report for "SUPERHEROES" 5/6/2014

6h45: Warm-up part
For the first time of being an official MC, Mr Phu seemed to be a little bit nervous while explaining the rules of the game for the players.

The game was so funny, everybody couldn’t stop laughing. Some of them even got over-self controled 
After finishing the game, people were very tired because they had to shout the answers a lot of times. I also were full of joy at that time. We could not find the loser team and the final round lasted at least 5 minites, then the result was finally decided. The first group and the second one were the loser teams, but supprisingly, the punishment was intended for the winner.

7h15. Discussion part
The game did take so much time that we could not hold on anymore, then we went straightly into the topic discussion - Superheroes
Four groups were divided.




No matter how hot the weather was, people really enjoyed discussing topic and shared their own opinion about the heroes, the films they have seen…. I have to assume that the toppic were not so interesting for girls at all but the guys had made a lot of fun stories beside the topic such as questioning about why almost superheroes-in the movies always wear colorful underwears while doing their missions. That was a big question indeed, I could not tell why. Perhaps it was the way it is.



7h50: Q&A
After minites of discussing, people had gone through a lot of ideas. While talking about the question number 4 of what are the reasons of Superheroes movies’s popularity, Mr Toan has rasied his opinions that it has two reasons:
The first one it must be money. People have intendecy to watch that they can not see in reality. The young also are interested in this kind, so movies makers see it in the way of making profits easily, then they made it.

The second one is they like watching the movies of how the bad things will be defeated by justice. This idea also say that over time, people want to be protected from unfairness in the society, then they make up a story about their own heroes and tell generation by generation


Talking about how harmful the movies are for children if they spend so much time watching that kind of movies, and should we ban it or not, Mr Linh said that evething always has two sites, so the question is not should we or should we not. We have to find the way of controling it, not like whenever we do not like something, we remove it from our lives. That’s definitely a good point, I totally agree with him.

8h10. Working in Groups
So tired of discussing, we came to the next part with a high expectation that it will be really funny. As expected, so many ideas were expressed by magical hands from every member.
But the most funny and memorable was the painting made by Mr Minh Beo, with a beatifull muscular superwoman. I could not tell how beautiful she was, but I definitely was impressed about her.
