PART 1: ICE-BREAKING (10 minutes)
Surely that all of you guys are eager for the game “Who I am”
PART 2: FREE TALK (25 minutes)
1. Are you worried about the food you eat? What are the healthy risks associated with the food you eat and also the way you enjoy them?
2. What food safety issues have you heard or read in the news?
3. How safe do you think canned, frozen and proceeded foods are?
4. Do you think that eating at home is safer than going out to eat?
PART 3: PRESENTATION (30 minutes)
It’s time for you to let your voice out after having small talks with your partners
PART 4: DISCUSSION IN GROUPS (40 minutes)
1. Give some tips to choose safe foods
2. Role play: A group of customers find out some frozen and proceeded meat stale and even expire in the most famous supermarket in this city. And then they have strong complaint about that issue. This seems to awake a new information wave about food
Task: You are going to hold the meeting at which the supermarket representative has to answer questions from customers, journalists about the above problem
3. Role play: You invite your friend to go out for eating; however, she/he refuses persistently because she/he always thinks that it’s harmful for her/him. How can you persuade her/him to go out with you?
4. You are going to launch a new product (Food) to the market. What makes it outstanding from others in the current market?
