GALEC 2: Report for Workshop "STUDYING VS. WORKING" 20/3/2014

At 6.30 p.m., we got started. It was so surprised that although it was rainy now but today a lot of new members joined with us. How praiseworthy they were!!! ^.^

To heat the atmosphere, the MC asked all members in the room to play together a game called “Whose is this lantern?”. All members tried to transferred the lantern as quick as possible to the next one so that they would not be losers when the music stopped. But however much they tried, 5 losers were still be found. Consequently, the horrifying punishment for them was using their ASS to write down their names. We had so much laughter and fun after enjoying the game.

Going to the Part 2 – Discussion, 5 groups were divided. It seemed that even though, the topic was quite simple, they had a lot of thing to say about this topic because the atmosphere was hot and ebullient.








Now it was time for the most exciting part – Presentation and Q&A. And today we had so many extremely excellent presenters.


~~Mr.Quan talked about the reason why he chose FTU after graduating his high school which was being eager for fame. Personally, I thought that idea was little stupid since he could make it easier by coming to a public place then taking off all. Sorry, just kidding :PPP~~

The member sitting next to Mr.Quan – Mr.Tuan talked about his story to find governmental scholarship to study abroad. Wish him best of luck in the future.


~~Mr. Bac shared with us some advice to find a good job for recent graduates. First is finding out what you want, second is being patient at the lowest position and waiting for a chance.~~





~~A man suggested us that we should work for a private company to spend money on bribing authority for a vacancy in a state company when you are almost 40. To be honest, I had no idea for that suggestion.~~

Becaused of the limitation of time so we had to end this workshop at 8 o’clock. We said goodbye in exciting atmosphere.
