GALEC 2: Report LOVE and MONEY workshop 3/5/2012

It is completely undeniable to say that the weather these days is terribly hot and muggy. However, it was amazing that there were many participants coming and joining our workshop with the topic of“ Love & Money” last Thursday. Love & Money exist everywhere and play a very vital part in the daily life, so we feel also a little curious to search for which is more important in our society.

The workshop started with an interesting warm up game. In this game, each member in the club was assigned a value, one girl would be one thousand dong and one boy would be five hundred dong. And then, all the people had to find out any way to combine together in order to create a value suitable to the one which the speaker said out. Who couldn’t find the group or combine wrongly would be the loser. This game was so funny.





To continue the program, we moved to the next part “ Free talk”, in which all the members were divided into 4 groups and then they could together discuss and share their own ideas. There were many things to say about this topic. Love and money seemed to be a topic of all times.






Then, after finishing the discussion, we carefully listened to the member‘s presentation in each group and tried to create more difficult questions for them.








The final part in our workshop was “group work” . Once again, people had another great chance to enhance their teamwork skill, together working to make worth remembering products
