Stories are brief work of literature, usually written in narrative prose. Emerging from earlier oral storytelling traditions in the 17th century, stories, which could be classified into a wide variety of topics ranging from short-story, novel or anecdote, is considered a precious means to broadcasting the national cultures, remembering the unforgettable recollections, or just entertaining after hard-working hours. On the other hand, there is a great deal of scornful and denunciatory feedbacks against stories, in which case stories are pronounced no more likely than useless nuances.

Part 1: Warm up (15 minutes)
Game: Guessing keywords

Part 2: Free talk (35 minutes)
1, What is your opinion about the definition of “Stories”? (such as: short-stories, anecdote, etc) What are the differences between Story and Novel.
2, What are the impacts of stories on our lives (Our childhood and our lifestyle) and our children (for parents). Are they negative or positive?
3, Are there any stories adapting into films or vice versa that you know? What is the narrative of the stories and how do you feel about these stories?
4, Someone said that “Stories are the root undermining our soul”, what are your opinions about this saying. Do you know who said this?
5, Imagine that you get into the situation without stories, novel, in which people communicate solely through oral means or the internet. How would you feel about this situation? The way you deal with this?

Part 3: Presentation and Q&A (30 minutes)

Part 4: Discussion and Performance (30 minutes)

Teams will be given a topic about a story, an outline, color papers, scissors,..
They will be free to create their own stories using the outline but based on the topic given and . Moreover, there are some special rules ( A girl must play a role as a boy or vice versa,…)
