Aging is the natural process of human life, so people often find ways to keep themselves young naturally and mentally. How to grow old without feeling Old is such an importance and interesting for people. Come with us to see how people surrounding you doing to keep their body, mind and heart young.



Part 1: Warm up (15 minutes)

Part 2: Free talk (35 minutes)
1. What are you currently doing to stay young naturally?Share us your secrets
2.Can you share us funny stories related to your age you’ve experienced at work (or school)?
In your opinion, what are pros and cons of being young over the real age at work?
3. What do you often do to keep yourself young in mind and maintain an active lifestyle (mentally young)?
4.When you are a kid, you are often excited about aging. And now, you are almost in your twenties, thirties, are you still in that mood? Do you wish to come back your time?
