GALEC 2: Report for "LUCK AND SUCCESS" 28/8/2014

The workshop was started at about 6:30 p.m. Although it rained cats and dogs outside, many members still came and joined the workshop  .  We spent a couple of minutes to let new faces introduce themselves. It seemed that no one really cared about names and hometowns of those new members except for relationship status. The question “Are you single now? Miss” was always on the top of Mr.Dat’s tongue.
Then we continued with a warm-up game which is so-called “Odd or even”. To play this game, everyone stood up instead of sitting down; when the MC said “Odd”, players did nothing; and when “even” was said, players would clap their hand one time.  Some people said that was too simple. However, there are some people still found it hard to do that simple thing.


These losers have got to take a very funny punishment. Boys had to make laugh in woman’s style and vice versa. We moved on discussion part. There were four groups:

Presentation was considered the most interesting part in the workshop. Some members totally believed in Luck, but some did not. What about you? Do you believe in Luck?
Mr.Dat was proving the non-existence of Luck:

Ms.Ly: “Being lucky or not depends on yourself”


And the MC who believe that Luck contributes 1% to the success 

Because of the limited time, we needed to end the workshop without playing the final part - role play. We hope that our beloved members can always make their own luck and become successful in their work or study.
